Reenergize Summit SRE UI 2025

Young people's attention to environmental issues, especially the climate crisis, has been increasing. However, many of them still perceive the climate crisis as merely a natural phenomenon. Furthermore, their understanding of this issue remains limited, and they have not been sufficiently involved in the process of formulating climate policies at the regional level, particularly regarding energy transition issues.

Objectives

  1. Providing participants with new insights and experiences related to the renewable energy sector and its applications in the industrial world.
  2. Gaining new knowledge about the production process flow and the management of renewable energy.
  3. Understanding industry profiles and the key preparations needed to become an ideal worker in the green jobs sector.

Energy Policy Workshop Concept

Speaker Presentations

  • Government (ESDM Agency): Energy transition plans, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Academics/Think Tanks: Methods for creating effective, data-driven policy briefs.

Group Discussion

Participants will be divided into several groups to complete workshop exercises related to stakeholder mapping.

Interactive Discussion

Using the World Café Method, where speakers rotate between groups to facilitate meaningful discussions.

Role Playing

Groups will role-play as policy actors (proponents/opponents) and conduct case study-based negotiations.
